Clara Balmaña Morató

Founder and CEO of Bon Aprofit (2011- 2021)

She has studied Product Design · (2006 - 2011) at ELISAVA Escola Superior de Disseny i Enginyeria de Barcelona & Winchester University, UK. Intership in the studio of the product designer Curro Claret.

Bon Aprofit emerged from her final degree project, concerned about the impact that food has on people's health and the environment, with the hope that children and parents will approach healthy eating in a more friendly and fun way.

Training in nutrition and energy cooking, macrobiotics with Montse Vallory in Barcelona (2011)

Collaboration 2011-2013 with the digital magazine "ets el que menges" (“you are what you eat”) www.etselquemenges.cat , where created the Blogs section, Boníssim Europa and the Boníssim Europa Guide (reports , videos and recommendations from European bloggers on healthy cooking.)

2013 - 2014_Chief chef at Bionèctar Raw food restaurant, Girona (raw food, organic, km0).

2014 - 2018_Member of the TAPAS exhibition. Spanish Design for Food. Spanish Cultural Action, AC / E, Barcelona and book.
